Tony Sroka

Tony is a recognized principle planner with over 35 years of experience working as a land use planning consultant throughout the National Capital Region and across Canada. He acts as a strategic planning advisory for senior managers and individual clients within the public and private sectors.

As a professional planner, Mr. Sroka specializes on behalf of clients in the research and assessment of planning requirements, related development approval considerations, identifications of opportunities and constraints as well as assisting in the formulation and evaluation of various planning options, refinement of preferred master site planning concept(s), recommendations and implementation strategies. He has presented expert planning opinion on various development projects during planning appeal hearings such as the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT, and former LPAT, OMB) in addition to advising other private and public senior management agencies and developers.

Tony is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) as well as being certified as a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and member with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) and Canadian Institute of Planners. He holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University.
